TopSpot Internet Marketing on Inc. 5000 List for Sixth Time

On August 12th, Inc. magazine ranked TopSpot Internet Marketing #3651 on its 34th annual Inc. 5000, an exclusive ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies, with a three-year sales growth of 85%. The list represents the most comprehensive look at the most important segment of the economy—America’s independent entrepreneurs. Companies such as Yelp, Pandora, Timberland, Dell, Domino’s Pizza, LinkedIn, Zillow, and many other well-known names gained early exposure as members of the Inc. 5000.

“We are very excited and honored to be included in the Inc 5000 list for a sixth time,” said TopSpot Internet Marketing President, David Underwood. “This is a reflection of our team, our customers and the industry that we are a part of. As much as I am proud of our growth, I am more impressed with the people that make up the TopSpot team.”

The 2015 Inc. 5000, unveiled online at Inc.com and with the top 500 companies featured in the September issue of Inc. is the most competitive crop in the list’s history. The average company on the list achieved a mind-boggling three-year growth of 490%. The Inc. 5000’s aggregate revenue is $205 billion, generating 647,000 jobs over the past three years. Complete results of the Inc. 5000, including company profiles and an interactive database that can be sorted by industry, region, and other criteria, can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000. “The story of this year’s Inc. 5000 is the story of great leadership. In an incredibly competitive business landscape, it takes something extraordinary to take your company to the top,” says Inc. President and Editor-In-Chief Eric Schurenberg. “You have to remember that the average company on the Inc. 5000 grew nearly six-fold since 2012. Business owners don’t achieve that kind of success by accident.”

In an article in the Houston Business Journal published earlier this week, VP of Operations Anita Perez commented that our team was the key to TopSpot’s success:

“As far as our team goes, our retention internally and with our clients is significant. We’ve made a significant push for professional development, ongoing training sessions, lunch-and-learns to help our team members which helps our clients, and allows us to deliver results.”

TopSpot Internet Marketing has previously been on the Inc. 5000 list in 2009, 2010, 2011, 2013 and 2014.
