Entry Level SEO Position
This role is for an entry-level position as a Search Engine Optimization Specialist. After initial training the candidate will be required to pursue SEO best practices and have the intellectual curiosity to stay current with the latest trends in search. The candidate will have responsibility for full-circle SEO account relationships and execution. We’re looking for a good mix of creative, technical, and client-facing competencies.
SEO Specialist Skills & Requirements:
- Keyword analysis
- Competitive analysis
- Updating site content
- Backlink building
- Participation in client meetings
- Internal site design reviews
- Brainstorming with the search team
- Sense of humor
- Comfortable with documenting SEO efforts on a daily and monthly basis
- Proficient with HTML; understanding of CSS helpful
- Plays well with others
This is a full time on-site position located in Houston, Texas (galleria area).
