TopSpot Named Enterprise Champion at 2017 Fast 100 Ceremony

We are honored to announce our placement on this year’s list of the fastest-growing private companies in the greater Houston area, which is produced by the Houston Business Journal. This is TopSpot’s 4th appearance on the Fast 100 List, ranking 79th with companywide revenue growth from 2014 to 2016 at 18%.

When asked about the driving force behind TopSpot, President & Co-Founder, David Underwood commented that the importance we place on customer experience and having the right team members in place are both key:

It ultimately leads to the customer experience. It doesn’t matter what you sell. If you hire the right people, focus on customer experience then the growth, profit and all those things will come with it.”

In addition to making the Houston Business Journal Fast 100, TopSpot was also named a 2017 Enterprise Champion. The Enterprise Champion Award is given to companies that stand out in community service, innovation, corporate culture and overcoming challenges, as determined by a panel of judges.

TopSpot has had a very exciting year in terms of hitting new milestones and growth in our analytics & technology offerings that led to our team receiving this award.

In January, TopSpot was accepted into the Google Analytics Service Partner track with a certification in Google Analytics. By achieving this status, our team has demonstrated advanced expertise in Analytics and delivered value-adding services to our clients. As a business that prides themselves on making data-driven decisions with our customer’s bottom line in mind, this designation solidified that we were doing just that on an ongoing basis.

In May, TopSpot hired their 100th team member. As a company that started out with only 4 people, it was great to see how far we have come and what this means for our future. Each new TopSpotter is bringing something new to the table that further shapes our growth centered culture.

This year, our team has also begun to utilize three custom developed in-house tools aimed at improving efficiency within our team and providing a better service to our clients. One of the three being a new proprietary form tracking platform for clients that captures form data and the visitor history leading up to a conversion.

We are very grateful to everyone who takes a role in our growth, from our clients, our team, to our leadership. Thank you for choosing to be part of the TopSpot family.
