Here are a few things you’ll be doing as a Marketing Support Admin:

  • Support multiple teams to produce yearly, monthly, weekly or ad-hoc reports
  • Extract data from multiple sources and load them into excel
  • Ensure accuracy of data with great attention to detail
  • Exposure to multiple tools and platforms to pull comprehensive reports
  • Assisting other departments as needed with specific departmental reporting, filing & admin tasks

Preferred Skills & Technical Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
