Ariana Fahrney is a Strategic Partner Manager for Google's Marketing Solutions, where she works with trusted Google partners such as TopSpot to help small and medium business grow their business online. Based out of Google's Mountain View headquarters, she holds her MBA from Harvard Business School and BS from the University of Southern California.

Roy Barnes, Featured Speaker

Roy Barnes is the CEO of Blue Space Consulting, an author and one of the leading authorities on building, designing and measuring Customer Experience. Close to twenty-five years at Marriott International running hotels, including as a member of Marriott's #1 ranked hotel for Customer Engagement for two years in a row, Roy has held nearly every job you can hold in the hospitality business. In the last 10 years, Roy has been on the road with dozens of Fortune 500 companies putting a simple, practical and results-proven process of building Customer Experience in place.
